    Exterior, by hand

    A steam-based wash across the paintwork, panel by panel. Because it's a hand wash, there's no tunnel and nothing spinning against your car — just steam, hands and a cloth.

    Interior, seen to

    A vacuum through the cabin, a wipe down of the dash and console, and the glass cleared so you're not looking through last week's drive home.

  3. 03

    The finish

    The part you actually notice on the walk back. Water beading off the panels, clean glass, and a car that looks looked-after in the same bay you left it in.
